Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation we require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

If you need to cancel your reservation no less than 91 days prior to your arrival, we will move 100% of your initial deposit one time only to a future trip for up to 12 months from your original trip date based on availability.

If you need to cancel your reservation between 31-90 days prior to your arrival, we will move 50% of your initial deposit one time only and apply it to a future trip within 12 months of your original trip date based on availability.

If you do not rebook within these time frames your deposit will be forfeited, no exceptions.

Cancellations or alterations of plans 30 days or less are non-refundable, no-shows or early departures are also non-refundable.
Unfortunately, the deposit is a cancellation fee to cover the cost and inability to re-book the trip on such short notice. Because of our intimate size and reliance on advance bookings, we must make no exceptions to our cancellation policy.

Rescheduled trips must be of equal value or greater.

All cancellations must be in writing through a verified returned email. All cancellations will also incur a $200.00 rebooking fee.

All credit card payments will include a surcharge of 3.5%.

We strongly encourage guests to consider trip insurance as an option as well.
