Chef Rose Morgan has been with Bienville Outdoors since 1998. She was born and raised on the coast of Maryland and received her Grand Displome de Cuisine et de Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. She also trained at The Culinary Institute of America in New York. Prior to and during her tenure at Bienville, she has honed her talents and specializes in seafood, wild game and French cuisine that have always generated rave reviews from our clients. Chef Rose takes pride in her menu and changes the items offered every season. Her custom menu is based on comments and desires from our clients.
Lodging
Each of our five luxury guest lodges has five bedrooms, with two double beds and a private bath in each room. All lodges have a central great room with heartwood pine floors, wood burning fireplaces, satellite T.V. wireless internet, full kitchens, and screened in back porches overlooking Lake Purvis.
